Here's how to use Property Alerts:

1. If you are new to Property Alerts, register below to get started.
2. When you've registered, you can tell us the type of properties you are interested in based on location, price, type of property, etc. 
3. We'll let you know about any new listings that meet your criteria via email or text message. We'll tell you the listing number, suburb, address, price details, and consultant's name and phone number. (For these alerts, each text message you receive will be charged to your mobile phone account at 99c including GST. Email notifications are free.)
4. We'll send you a list of open homes a day or two before, via email or text message. We'll tell you the address, price details, and open home time. (For these alerts, each text message you receive will be charged to your mobile phone account at 50c including GST. Email notifications are free.)

Text messaging is the fastest way to keep up-to-date with a rapidly changing property market. You'll have access to new listings as soon as they are available in our database.

If you'd like to receive alerts directly to your Telecom mobile phone, enter your mobile number when registering. You'll receive a confirmation text message to confirm your mobile number - reply to this message with the text 'CONFIRM' and your mobile number will be activated to receive text alerts.

If you want to stop text alerts, reply to any message with the text 'STOP', or remove your mobile number from your registration details on the website.
