Tony Jenkins, Business Owner

Tony has been in the real estate business for over 19 years. He has achieved numerous sales awards in the Harcourts Group and in his best year (1995) achieved Number 2 sales person for Harcourts Nationally, together with Top National Auction Lister. He was consistently in the top ten agents for Harcourts in NZ during his entire time working as a sales consultant. The Invercargill office opened in 1991 and Tony has been a business partner from day one and purchased full ownership of the business in 1997. Tony’s focus is now on achieving success with his hard working sales team.

Gail Hudson, Business Owner/Manager

After selling real estate for eight years in the Christchurch market, Gail made the move to Wanaka to commence the position of managing the Harcourts Wanaka office in April 2010. Gail is passionate about Holmwood Real Estate and hopes to add value to the impressive team at Harcourts Wanaka. In Christchurch Gail was a consistent contender in the Holmwood Top Achievers Club and in 2008 achieved # 1 spot in the Merivale office. Gail is continuing her study through Massey University towards a Diploma of Business Studies (Real Estate).

Todd Soper, Licensed Sales Consultant

Paul Miller, Licensed Sales Consultant

Paul has lived in Wanaka since 1976 and during this time has been a successful owner/operator of several businesses in Wanaka. As well as Paul’s business successes, he has been involved with various community projects and organisations, and is well known and respected throughout the Wanaka community. These include; Council, Promotion Association, Community Swimming Pool Committee and Theatre Group. Through Paul’s own property dealings as a vendor and purchaser, he made the decision to help others in real estate. Dan is originally from Northern Southland where he farmed on his own account for 25 years with his wife Di and there children. He moved to Wanaka in 1991 and started in Real Estate in 1992.
